The inner and outer rings of cylindrical roller bearings have profiled raceways, which are also tapered. If the taper is extended, the apexes intersect at a point on the bearing axis. At this point, the rollers of the tapered roller bearings can achieve pure rolling on the raceways.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings 618/750

Deep groove ball bearings are commonly used rolling bearings with a simple structure and convenient use. They are mainly used to bear radial loads, but when the flange height is increased and the radial clearance is enlarged, deep groove ball bearings exhibit some performance characteristics of angular contact ball bearings and can withstand certain axial loads. Compared to other types of bearings of the same size, deep groove ball bearings have a lower friction coefficient and a higher limiting speed. However, they are not resistant to impact and are not suitable for heavy loads.
